We want to help mountain athletes and anyone else in pursuit of big, scary goals, reach them successfully and without going over the precipice– that is to say, without compromising their health or risking injury.
When performance goals are big, the stakes are high. The buffer zone between what we’re capable of and what we’re pushing for gets smaller. Good nutrition makes the difference between success and failure here.
